Besties Points

1. Point Accumulation: Besties Points are earned based on eligible purchases made at Kiyoko Beauty. Members will earn points for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts or promotions applied.
2. Point Expiration: Besties Points are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date they were earned. If points remain unused after the expiration date, they will be automatically forfeited and removed from the member's account.
3. Account Cancelation: If members decides to close their account, they are subject to forfeit all their outstanding Besties Points. Kiyoko Beauty is not responsible for compensating any outstanding Besties Points Balance.

Redemption and Use of Besties Points

1. Eligible Rewards: Besties Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, which may include discounts, free products, exclusive access to events, or other benefits. The available rewards and their corresponding point requirements will be communicated to members through the Besties Rewards Program portal or other promotional materials.
2. Redemption Process: Members can redeem their accumulated Besties Points through the Kiyoko Beauty website, depending on the availability of the reward and the member's preferred method. The redemption process will be clearly outlined on the Besties Rewards Program portal, including any additional terms or limitations associated with specific rewards.

3. Non-Restoration of Redeemed Rewards: Please note that if an order that utilized any Rewards from the Besties Points Program is subsequently canceled or returned, the redeemed Rewards will not be restored to the participant's account. In such cases, the Besties Points used for redeeming those Rewards will be considered fully utilized and will not be credited back to the participant's account. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where:

• An order is fully or partially returned for a refund.
• An order is canceled by the participant
• An order is not successfully completed due to payment failure or any other reason.

Referral Coupon

1. Referral Eligibility and Coupon for Referred User:
• Existing members ("Referring User") are eligible to refer new users ("Referred User") to our website.
• Upon referral, the Referred User will receive a one-time coupon valued at $10 CAD.
• The coupon can be applied to purchases that meet or exceed a total of $40 CAD.
• This coupon must be redeemed within 180 days of issuance, after which it will expire.
2. Benefits for Referring User:
• After the Referred User successfully utilizes their $10 CAD coupon on a qualifying purchase, the Referring User will be awarded a $10 CAD coupon.
• The coupon awarded to the Referring User has no expiration date and can be used for future purchases on our website.
3. Coupon Usage Restrictions:
• All referral coupons, both for the Referring and Referred Users, are non-stackable.
• This means each coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotional offer in a single order.

Member Responsibilities

1. Accurate Information: Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when enrolling in the Besties Rewards Program. This includes personal contact details, such as name, email address, and mailing address, to ensure effective communication and reward delivery.
2. Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Besties Rewards  Program account. Any activity conducted through the member's account will be presumed to be authorized by the account holder. Kiyoko Beauty will not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of a member's account.
3. Rewards Program Termination: Kiyoko Beauty reserves the right to terminate a member's participation in the Besties Rewards Program if fraudulent activity or misuse of the program is suspected. Kiyoko Beauty may also terminate the Besties Rewards Program in its entirety, with reasonable notice provided to members, at its sole discretion
4. Policy Updates: Kiyoko Beauty may update this Besties Rewards Program Policy from time to time. The most recent version will be posted on the Kiyoko Beauty website, and members will be notified of any significant changes via email or other appropriate channels.

Besties Points Program Participation

Kiyoko is committed to maintaining a fair, positive, and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers participating in the Besties Points Program. To uphold the integrity of our program and ensure its benefits are enjoyed by all participants in good faith, we closely monitor activities within the program for any behavior that may indicate abuse or manipulation of the program's terms and conditions.

Abuse of the program includes, but is not limited to, activities such as:

• Fraudulently acquiring or redeeming Besties Points.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit program benefits.
• Redeeming rewards in a manner that is in violation of program terms or the spirit of the program.
• Any other actions that could reasonably be considered as detrimental to the program or other participants.

Should Kiyoko, in its sole discretion, determine that a participant's behavior constitutes abuse or manipulation of the Besties Points Program, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions to protect the integrity of the program.These actions may include, without limitation:

• Immediate termination of the participant's account in the Besties Points Program.
• Forfeiture of all accumulated Besties Points.
• Denial of access to future program benefits.
• Legal action if the abuse constitutes fraud or other violations of law.

By participating in the Besties Rewards Program, members agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
