INNISFREE Jeju Cherry Blossom Toner adds moisture and vitality to the skin after swiping or layering the product onto a clean face. It contains Jeju Cherry Blossom leaf extract which brightens the skin, giving off a clear and vibrant complexion. The inclusion of ‘betaine’, from beet extract will promote a stronger moisture barrier and prevent dehydration. It's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties helps heal irritated skin, even skin tone, and brighten dark spots. It is perfect as a daily toner.
