rom&nd Milk Tea Velvet Tint has a light and airy texture but leaves the lips with a velvety finish. The formula glides smoothly onto lips and is considered a "bludging" tint (blurring + smudging).
These moody shades are inspired by well-brewed milk tea and melt on your lips just like warm milk tea!
