Rohto Melano CC Brightening Lotion is a brightening toner with a high concentration of vitamin C derivatives and gives you daily concentrated brightening and moisturizing care. Vitamin E prevents moisture loss from the skin. This product helps reduce pigmentation (melanin) as well as prevent its formation, while also helping to condition skin and heal acne spots. It has a refreshing citrus scent.
