The oil-based formula easily dissolves even waterproof mascara and eyeliner. The key ingredients are rice and grain complex extracts. Rice bran in particular is rich in amino acids and minerals to moisturize and nourish dry skin.

How to use

Use included spatula to dispense a proper amount of cleansing balm into palm of hand. Gently spread over dry face and massage in circular motions. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water and follow up with a second cleanser.
