Return Policy

Please be aware that a few product categories will be final sale for hygienic reasons. The following categories are final sales:

• Beauty tools
• Face Tools
• Hair and beauty accessories

For all other cases, we can accept returns for up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Please refer to the following rules:

• Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused
• Kiyoko Beauty is not responsible for any additional return shipping and handling fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information is generated
• In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact us
• All sale and discounted items are final sale
