A pigmented eyebrow pencil with a precise tip for drawing and filling in the natural eyebrows.

KISSME Heavy Rotation Eyebrow Pencil leaves the eyebrows looking fuller all day long with just a few strokes. It has a precise tip, which allows one to draw fine lines that mimic the appearance of natural brow hair. The formulation is sweatproof and waterproof and contains panthenol to nourish and protect the hairs. Use the attached blending brush to create soft brows that will not colour or stain the skin!

How to use

1. Extend the core about 2mm, then draw on the eyebrows.
2. Gently blur with the attached brush along the hairs and blend.
